Robco Products – Easy Fitting Instructions
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO FITTING.
Please take your time with the initial fitting of your
Robco CARBRA. If fitted correctly
the first time the reapplication of your Robco CARBRA
will be completed quicker when next required.
Installation
- HINTS: Place the Robco CARBRA
in the sun prior to fitting as this will "soften" the
vinyl making it easier to fit.
- Ensure all the surfaces where the Velcro is required
are clean and free of dust, dirt, and oil.
- Ensure the front of your vehicle is clean AND dry prior
to fitting the Robco CARBRA
Before Installing:
Lay the Robco CARBRA flat
with the felt side facing upwards. You may notice a "pocket"

Using the metal tabs

Bend
the metal tabs around wheel arches close to the vinyl.

When fitted correctly your Robco CARBRA
should be free of all major creases. If major creases are
evident, adjust the metal tabs to tighten / loosen the Robco CARBRA.
NOTE: Re-adjustment of the Robco CARBRA may be required 2 or 3
times as the Robco CARBRA
"moulds" to the shape of the vehicle.
Cleaning Instructions: Whilst the Robco CARBRA
is on the vehicle simply wash the vinyl with warm water
and a mild detergent. To clean the underside (felt side)
of the Robco CARBRA, remove
it from the vehicle and hang on clothes line. Hose off the
dirt and dust. Dry the vinyl side with a soft cloth. It
is also recommended to hang the Robco CARBRA
in the sunshine (say, over a clothes line) to allow a good
airing and drying. Ensure the Robco CARBRA
is COMPLETELY DRY before placing it back into the storage
bag or back onto the vehicle. To keep your Robco CARBRA
like new, use a vinyl protecting spray.
